Philip Gregory - Clinical Director Radiography, London Imaging Academy
Practice Educator (Radiographers), Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust
Phil Gregory is Joint Clinical Director (radiographers) for the London Imaging Academy programme and Radiography Practice Educator for Imperial College. As a fellow of the higher education academy (FHEA), Phil has contributed to undergraduate and postgraduate programmes as well as building a reporting radiographer team, delivering role extensions across three sites and multiple modalities.
Ketul Patel - Clinical Director Radiology, London Imaging Academy
Consultant Radiologist/Clinical Lead, Croydon University Hospital NHS Trust
Ketul Patel is Joint Clinical Director of the London Imaging Academy. He also works as a consultant Interventional Radiologist at Croydon University Hospital where he is Clinical Lead for Diagnostic Services and the Senior Responsible Officer for the South West London Diagnostics Programme. Along with the leadership team, he helped set up the London Imaging Academy. The leadership team and Practice Educators are all really dedicated, hardworking and enthusiastic which is why the London Imaging Academy has been such a success.
Alison Dear - Regional Imaging Academy Lead
NHS England
Alison Dear is the London Imaging Academy lead based at NHS England. She also leads the London Endoscopy Academy. Alison has previously worked as a workforce programme lead in the NHSE Diagnostic team and was HEE’s London lead for Cancer and Diagnostics prior to this. Alison’s background is in workforce transformation and education and training, she has worked across London for HEE and ICSs as a workforce programme manager across a variety of specialty areas including Primary Care, Urgent and Emergency Care and Critical Care, before moving over to Diagnostics.

Dr Tina Mistry - LMS Project Clinical Director
Consultant Radiologist, Guy's and St Thomas' NHS Foundation Trust
Tina Mistry is the Clinical Director for the London Imaging Academy Learning Management System. She is also the Training Programme Director for Clinical Radiology at Guys and St Thomas’ Hospital. Clinically she works as a Consultant Radiologist at Guys and St Thomas’ specialising in GI, Hepatobiliary and Oncological imaging.
She is the vision behind the LMS project which arose after she developed the South East London Ultrasound Imaging Academy teaching programme, with the help of local practice educators, Consultants and Registrars. Tina enjoys using technology to enhance and modernise educational techniques, hoping to create enjoyable, engaging and useful learning resources. She believes in harnessing the amazing and diverse talent pool within the NHS to create a community of learning resources which can be shared, grown and utilised to develop a highly skilled, talented and unique imaging workforce.
Dr Sunay Gangadharan - LMS Project Registrar Lead
Radiology Registrar, Guy's and St Thomas' NHS Foundation Trust
Sunay Gangadharan is a radiology registrar at Guy’s and St. Thomas’ NHS Foundation Trust and London Imaging Academy Fellow. He has a passion for developing innovative educational radiology content related to current RCR curriculum requirements. Sunay supported the project until June 2024.
Danni Palmer - LMS Project Manager
Guy's and St Thomas' NHS Foundation Trust
Danni Palmer is a Project Manager based at Guy's and St Thomas' NHS Foundation Trust. Prior to joining the Imaging Academy Project she has worked on a variety of educational projects and events at the Trust, working across all clinical specialties.
