Dr Tina Mistry - London Imaging Academy Learning Platform Project Clinical Director
Consultant Radiologist, Guy's and St Thomas' NHS Foundation Trust

Tina Mistry is the Clinical Director for the London Imaging Academy Learning Platform. She is also the Training Programme Director for Clinical Radiology at Guys and St Thomas’ Hospital. Clinically she works as a Consultant Radiologist at Guys and St Thomas’ specialising in GI, Hepatobiliary and Oncological imaging.

She is the vision behind the Learning Platform project which arose after she developed the South East London Ultrasound Imaging Academy teaching programme, with the help of local practice educators, Consultants and Registrars. Tina enjoys using technology to enhance and modernise educational techniques, hoping to create enjoyable, engaging and useful learning resources. She believes in harnessing the amazing and diverse talent pool within the NHS to create a community of learning resources which can be shared, grown and utilised to develop a highly skilled, talented and unique imaging workforce.

Danni Palmer - London Imaging Academy Learning Platform Project Manager
Guy's and St Thomas' NHS Foundation Trust

Danni Palmer is a Project Manager based at Guy's and St Thomas' NHS Foundation Trust. Prior to joining the Imaging Academy Project she has worked on a variety of educational projects and events at the Trust, working across all clinical specialties.

Jay Miah - London Imaging Academy Learning Platform Project Support Officer

Jay is the Project Support Officer in the London Imaging Academy based in Guy's and St Thomas' NHS Foundation Trust. Prior to joining the London Imaging Academy, he worked in patient care and project coordination across different departments.

Kanchan Joshi - London Imaging Academy Learning Platform Project Officer

Kanchan is the Project Officer in the London Imaging Academy based in Guy's and St Thomas' NHS Foundation Trust. Prior to joining the London Imaging Academy, Kanchan has 20 years of event management experience for the NHS and private sector, delivering a wide portfolio of events including CPD programmes, three‑day residential conferences, roundtables, dinners and webinars.

Lisa Bannerman-Hyde - London Imaging Academy Radiographer Education & Cannulation Programme Co-Lead
Guy's and St Thomas' NHS Foundation Trust

Lisa is an experienced radiographer with over 15 years across General X‑ray, CT, MRI, and fluoroscopy, including independently leading barium swallow examinations and reporting. She is passionate about education, maintaining high training standards, and has worked as a Practice Educator both at a world‑renowned oncology trust and as the Postgraduate Practice Educator for South West Lomndon Imaging Training Academy.

She now co‑leads the SCoR‑approved IV Cannulation and Contrast Administration course for the London Imaging Academy, and developing learning materials - championing staff development from support workers to senior clinicians. Lisa also serves as the Fluoroscopy, Interventional and Cardiac Lead at Croydon University Hospital, combining clinical expertise with managerial leadership to support multidisciplinary teams.

Gorsey Leung - London Imaging Academy Sonographer
Great Ormond Street Hospital

Gorsey is an education‑lead Sonographer with a Radiography background and nearly 20 years of experience in ultrasound. She completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Sydney, followed by postgraduate and Master’s degrees at the University of South Australia. After relocating to the UK 13 years ago, she worked in Oxfordshire before joining Great Ormond Street Hospital in London.

Driven by a strong passion for ultrasound and its role in modern radiology, she has a particular interest in paediatric ultrasound. Gorsey is committed to developing accessible educational programmes for Sonographers and is currently developing programmes for the London Imaging Academy.

Philip Gregory - Clinical Director Radiography, London Imaging Academy
Practice Educator (Radiographers), Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust

Phil Gregory is Joint Clinical Director (radiographers) for the London Imaging Academy programme and Radiography Practice Educator for Imperial College. As a fellow of the higher education academy (FHEA), Phil has contributed to undergraduate and postgraduate programmes as well as building a reporting radiographer team, delivering role extensions across three sites and multiple modalities.
