The course has been put together by a collaboration of Medical Physics departments in and around London with the aim of providing high quality RPS training in an online format during the Covid-19 pandemic.Course material will be delivered through e-learning in advance of the "live" training day, online lectures and virtual workshops in small breakout groups. Delegates will have the opportunity for discussion with an RPA. For those wishing to receive a certificate of RPS training, there will be a short open-book assessment.The core of competence stated in the HSE Ionising Radiations Report No. 6 for Radiation Protection Supervisors will be covered. The lectures and workshops will draw on the wide range of experience of our RPAs and Clinical Scientists.Details of the learning to be completed in advance of the training day will be sent to you after registration.The final timetable and details of how to join the live training will be emailed a few days before the event.
